We are a custom TFT LCD factory based in Shenzhen, China, operating a 3,000㎡ display manufacturing facility. We specialize in custom TFT LCD modules, touch display assemblies, and driver board total solutions. Our production lines cover COG/FOG bonding, backlight assembly, and touch display assembly. Systematic ESD Protection & Infrastructure
ESD protection is critical for electronic products. At BELIJ, we have built a complete, end-to-end ESD infrastructure covering the full process from incoming materials to special material storage.
ESD Infrastructure
ESD flooring with copper foil, grounding busbars, and equipotential bonding systems. Workbenches, shelves, and equipment enclosures are reliably grounded to form a complete static discharge path.
Personnel Protection
Operators wear ESD finger cots and ESD wrist straps equipped with real-time grounding monitoring, preventing direct static discharge from human bodies to sensitive components.
Active Neutralization
Ionizing air blowers and ion bars are strategically installed at active workstations to actively neutralize and eliminate surface static electricity.
Material Handling
ESD tote trays and anti-static containers are utilized throughout the entire material flow to prevent static generation during internal handling and transfers.
Storage Control
Chips and electronic driver materials are vacuum-packed and stored in dry cabinets and low-temperature freezers within dedicated storage areas with real-time temperature and humidity monitoring.
Quality Assurance Note: "ESD control is not just wearing a wrist strap. Without a complete grounding system and storage protection, ESD control is superficial. Proper ESD protection prevents hidden electrostatic damage to LCD modules and ICs, ensuring stable product function and high production yield."
