Quality Control
At BELIJ, quality is controlled at every stage — from incoming materials to final shipment. Our ISO 9001-certified quality system ensures that every TFT LCD module, touch display assembly, and driver board total solution, including custom display solutions, meets the specifications and reliability requirements of industrial, medical, energy, and outdoor applications.
Inspection Process
Our inspection process covers three stages to ensure each TFT LCD module meets specifications before shipment.
IQC – Incoming Material Inspection
Glass, IC, backlight and FPC are 100% inspected.
IPQC – In-Process Inspection
Electrical testing after COG/FOG bonding.
OQC – Outgoing Quality Control
Touch and optical testing after full lamination; appearance, brightness, color temperature and viewing angle are 100% inspected.

Special Material Control
We focus on the control of temperature- and humidity-sensitive materials. Adhesives, moisture-sensitive components, and polarizers are stored in temperature/humidity-controlled cabinets, refrigerators, and dry cabinets. We carry out daily checks, records, FIFO, and batch traceability.
