01

RFQ

Please specify:

  • Size
  • Resolution
  • Viewing angle (IPS / TN)
  • Interface
  • Brightness
  • Touch
  • Operating temperature
  • EMC/ESD requirements
  • Driver board or serial control board requirements
  • End application

Customization includes:

  • Sizes
  • FPC
  • Backlight
  • Touch assemblies
  • Driver boards
  • Serial control boards

All options are tailored to your specifications.

Need help defining your requirements? Our engineers can guide you.

02

Feasibility Evaluation & Design

Our engineers evaluate feasibility and design:

  • TFT LCD module
  • Backlight
  • FPC
  • Touch screen
  • Driver board
  • Serial control board
03

Drawing Review

We provide the drawing for your confirmation.

If it is not approved, it goes back to design for revision.

04

Quotation & Order

Once the drawing is approved, we issue a quotation and proceed with your order.

05

Sample Validation

We build samples for testing and validation.

If a sample fails validation, it goes back to design or sample revision.

06

Sample Approval

Once approved, the sample moves into pilot production.

07

Pilot Run (Low-Volume Production)

After sample approval, we run a pilot batch to further validate the product before mass production.

A single sample cannot demonstrate manufacturing stability.

This step verifies:

  • Assembly
  • Firmware
  • Batch-to-batch consistency
08

Mass Production

Mass production covers:

  • COG/FOG bonding
  • Backlight assembly
  • Air-gap bonding (frame bonding)
  • Optical bonding (full lamination)
  • Driver board integration
  • Serial control board integration
  • Reliability testing

Depending on your project, we can supply:

  • A bare LCD module
  • A touch assembly
  • A display unit with an integrated driver board

We support:

  • High-brightness displays
  • Wide-temperature displays
  • Round, square, and bar-type displays
  • RS485/CAN serial displays

For industrial, outdoor, and medical applications.

09

Packaging & Shipping

Finished products are securely packed and shipped:

  • LCD modules
  • Touch assemblies
  • Driver boards
  • Serial control boards
  • Integrated display units

What We Need for a Custom Display Quote

To quote accurately, we need the following information. If you haven’t finalized some items yet, our engineers can help you decide.

01

Basic Specifications

  • Size
  • Resolution
  • Brightness (standard: 300–500 nits; high brightness for outdoor use: 600–2,500 nits; sunlight readable: 1,000 nits or above)
  • Viewing angle (IPS / TN)
  • Touch type (Capacitive / Resistive / None)
  • Operating temperature (consumer-grade: 0°C to +50°C; industrial and wide-temperature: −20°C to +70°C or wider)
  • Product type (LCD module only / touch assembly / turnkey solution with driver board and custom UI)
02

Environment & Reliability

  • Indoor / Outdoor
  • Wide-temperature requirement
  • EMC/EMI/ESD and surge protection requirements
  • Cover glass (AG / AR / AF / UV-resistant / ceramic frit printing)
  • Bonding (air-gap bonding / optical bonding)
03

Interface & Communication

  • Interface: RGB / SPI / MCU / LVDS / MIPI / HDMI / VGA / AV / UART / RS485 / CAN
  • Communication protocol: RS485 / CAN / Modbus / UART
  • Driver board required? Yes / No
  • Serial control board required? Yes / No
  • UI design required? Yes / No

We also support the Modbus protocol and custom communication protocol development.

04

Mechanical & Structure

  • Outline dimensions (OD)
  • Active area (AA)
  • Module thickness
  • FPC pin definition
  • Connector type
  • Cable length

If you only have an enclosure drawing, our engineers can design the module to fit it.

05

Business Information

  • Estimated annual quantity
  • Sample quantity
  • Target price
  • Delivery date
  • End application (e.g., energy storage, BMS, EV charging stations, industrial HMI, medical devices, outdoor equipment, drone controllers, smart home, security systems, marine, retail)

Not sure about some of these parameters? Our engineering team can help you choose the right solution — just send us your application details and requirements.
